Login issues
This page troubleshoots common issues encountered when logging into an Avalonia Plus, Pro, Enterprise, or XPF subscription.
Incorrect credentials
Your Avalonia credentials are used to sign in to the portal. These are the same credentials you use to access Avalonia development tools, such as the Avalonia for Visual Studio extension, Dev Tools, or Parcel.
The email associated with your account is usually the work email provided by your organization.
If you have forgotten your password, try resetting it.
Never received an invitation email
Check your junk or spam folder, in case your email client filtered the message there.
Consider adding @avaloniaui.net to your safe senders list, to avoid missing emails from us.
Error message: "No active subscription seat found."
Your organization has a subscription, but no seat has been assigned to you. Please contact your organization's Admin to request seat assignment. Instructions are available on the Assigning seats page.
