TextModel Namespace
Namespace Avalonia.Controls.Documents.TextModel
Types
- ChangeOrigin - Indicates whether a document change was produced by a normal edit, an undo replay, or a redo replay.
- DocumentChangeKind - Specifies the kind of document change.
- DocumentChangedEventArgs - Raised via Avalonia.Controls.Documents.TextModel.TextDocument.Changed when an outermost Avalonia.Controls.Documents.TextModel.TextDocument.BeginChange scope completes after producing at least one observable change. Suppressed entirely on empty / no-op scopes — handlers can rely on the event meaning "something changed."
- INodeKindHandler - Handles the full lifecycle for a specific Avalonia.Controls.Documents.TextModel.TextDocumentNodeKind: element creation, snapshot capture/restore, and visual node creation. Each registered kind is bound to exactly one handler.
- LogicalDirection - Specifies the direction of movement or gravity for text positions.
- MarkdownNodeKinds - Custom Avalonia.Controls.Documents.TextModel.TextDocumentNodeKind registrations for Markdown-specific elements.
- NodeKindFlags - Category flags for Avalonia.Controls.Documents.TextModel.TextDocumentNodeKind. Used by Avalonia.Controls.Documents.TextSchema to validate containment rules without exhaustive kind enumeration.
- StaticTextPointer - A lightweight value type representing a document position as an offset with logical direction (gravity). Use this instead of Avalonia.Controls.Documents.TextModel.TextPointer on hot paths where only offset and direction are needed (rendering, hit-testing, line queries).
- TextChangeEventArgs - Raised after a single text change is applied (via Avalonia.Controls.Documents.TextModel.TextDocument.TextChanged event). Multiple text changes may fire within one Avalonia.Controls.Documents.TextModel.TextDocument.BeginChange scope; consumers that want a per-commit view should subscribe to Avalonia.Controls.Documents.TextModel.TextDocument.Changed instead.
- TextDocument - Block-level operations for TextDocument (split, merge, etc.).
- TextDocument.c.a
- TextDocument.d.a
- TextDocument.e.a
- TextDocumentNodeKind - Identifies the kind of a document node. Built-in kinds are provided as static fields. Custom kinds can be registered via Avalonia.Controls.Documents.TextModel.TextDocumentNodeKind.Register(string,Avalonia.Controls.Documents.TextModel.NodeKindFlags).
- TextFootnote - A footnote at the text-model level: a nested Avalonia.Controls.Documents.TextModel.TextDocument holding the note's body, paired by Avalonia.Controls.Documents.TextModel.TextFootnote.NoteId with the Avalonia.Controls.Documents.RichFootnoteReference anchor that carries the number. The owning document keeps its notes in Avalonia.Controls.Documents.TextModel.TextDocument.Footnotes in anchor order, snapshots them with itself and restores them from a snapshot; the Avalonia.Controls.Documents.Footnote element is the optional facade over one of these, the way Avalonia.Controls.Documents.FlowDocument is over a text document. The rendered number is the note's position among the document's notes, never stored here.
- TextFootnoteCollection - The footnotes a text document owns, in anchor order. Adding a note makes the document its owner and joins the note's undo to the document's stack; removing it releases both, and the membership itself is undoable when the owner records. Ownership is exclusive, and a nested document (a page band, a note) owns no notes.
- TextPageBand - A page band at the text-model level: a nested Avalonia.Controls.Documents.TextModel.TextDocument with the role and rule that place it and the identity a section's references name. The owning document keeps its bands in Avalonia.Controls.Documents.TextModel.TextDocument.PageBands, snapshots them with itself, and restores them from a snapshot; the Avalonia.Controls.Documents.PageBand element is the optional facade over one of these, the way Avalonia.Controls.Documents.FlowDocument is over a text document.
- TextPageBandCollection - The bands a text document owns. Adding a band makes the document its owner and joins the band's undo to the document's stack; removing it releases both. Ownership is exclusive, a band document owns no bands, and the first band with a given role and rule is the one the rule places.
- TextPointer - A position within a document that can be navigated and used for editing. Uses character offsets (not symbols) for simplicity.
- TextRange - Represents a range of text between two pointers.
